I suggest musicals of Team StarKid, they have their musicals in their youtube channel, some of them are parodies like the Harry Potter ones, Twisted (Alladin), Holy Musical Batman, Ani (Star Wars). Other no, of course, but there is so much enterteining.

Hes so good at what he does and i really like how distinct his sound is, in that you can instantly tell its a lin manuel miranda song when you hear it because it has a familiar vibe. But a couple of the characters from the original broadway musical made cameos like lin who played usnavi, washington who played benny, abuela who also played abuela lol and Anthony(usnavi in the movie) also played sonny in broadway! Whoever said he’s the adam sandler of musicals is so right lmaooo but hey these people are so talented!!

I really relate to nina and her storyline with her father because im 1st gen mexican and my parents and family in general never even finished high school, i was the 1st to do so but i didnt go to college and felt like a failure because i had all this pressure. Now im working towards going back to school and hopefully doing what my parents weren’t able to do! And the songs are sooooo good! I think my favorites are nina’s song and abuela’s song. I’m not sure if youve seen it already but another really good movie/musical is hairspray! The songs are amazing!!
