2024-11-12 01:27:11 +0000 UTCGreat reaction Scoot! I want to point out the parallel that happened between Cait/Vi compared to Vi/Powder. In S1, Ep3, Vi hurt Powder then left, and it created Jinx. Now, in S2, Ep3, Cait hurt Vi and left. We see glimpses of who Vi is becoming now with the black hair and the fight pit. I wonder how her character will develop from here. Also, I've always loved Cait's character. Compared to the other main fighters in the show she was always, in my opinion, one of if not the weakest (due to her lack of knowledge of the underground, as well as her empathy). Now that she has so much knowledge at her disposal, as well as becoming more apathetic (blinded by rage), I can see why Ambessa chose her. Ambessa knows that if she can keep Cait in that state of wanting revenge, then she can control her. She is pulling all the strings here. What she did to Vi wasn't right, but looking at where her character is going is exciting to see. Arcane writes such raw characters that feel so real.

2024-11-10 04:32:15 +0000 UTCIt's ok to feel sorry and like Jinx, most people I'd argue love a good villian. Just don't be weird about it, people feel sympathy for a villian and want to act like the character isn't a bad person and get defensive when you point out how evil that character is
