My problem with this track (aside from how much wasted space and corny shit there is through it) is that it's not even true....shit like "took 6 years to respond to a tweet" when he KNEW he had already dissed Em in the Tech9 record, which is literally what Em was directly referencing on Not Alike ("And Next time you ain't gotta use Tech9 to come at me with a SUB, Machine Gun"). It's unverified claims and a lot of highly disingenuous shit, which to me gives him the L straight up, because a blow is only ACTUALLY a blow if it's true.

I appreciate the revisit. MGK showed great courage going after Em that way. He was disrespectful. He wrote a good song. He had some nice punches. Imo, the winner is the one who throws the most creative punches — its not just two people being disrespectful, it’s the creativity of how hard the lines hit. One of the reasons we talk about Em as the GOAT is that he is so creative with his pen. Perhaps one could argue that MGK was even more disrespectful than Em (I mean, even simply going after Em this was was disrespectful), but at the end of the day it strikes me as objective fact that Em’s creativity won the beef. Em’s disrespect was both clear and creative and non-stop. Props to MGK for a very good song. In hindsight though, the decision to go this route may have been a poor one for MGK and Diddy…as Em went after them both and shut shit down.
