As someone who just came down from a HORRIFIC sinus infection: • Sleep basically sitting up • NyQuil at night (OR 2 Benadryl DON’T take them at the same time) and DayQuil in the morning (Vicks ones are the best) • Nasal spray (once or twice a day, using it too much can make your nose stuffier) • Super hot shower or bowl of water and breathe in the steam • Change your posture when you blow your nose if you can’t get anything out (idk for some reason that helps get the gunk out sometimes) • Hot water on a rag and pinch the bridge of your nose with it • Nasal rinse with hot water or hydrogen peroxide (make sure your head is sideways so it goes out the other nostril) • Drink hot green tea in the morning • DRINK A LOT OF WATER, like take the normal amount you’re supposed to drink, and add 1/3 or 1/2 that amount to your fluid intake until you feel better This should all help! I hope you get to feeling better soon!

The folklore is that they lure women in to the lake they reside, and those women either never comeback, or come back pregnant. (It was a made up story for when a long time ago, women would appear pregnant due to affairs or more graphical matters.) It's very culturally important! It's pronounced "boh-tew, car jee, hoh zuh. (I tried my best lmao)
