I'm trying to tell everyone that China is in the middle of taking over the United States which they have openly said is their goal by 2039. If you don't believe me just look into a group called "Liberation Road" which has major influence in almost every major institution and government agency in this country, that's not even counting all of the Confucius Institutes and large parcels of private land the Chinese Communist Party has bought up in recent years giving them home field advantage in the case of a US takeover. The worst thing is that Joe Biden is documented with receiving massive donations and back door business deals with China and Ukraine. Meanwhile we literally have state operated propaganda on every mainstream media channel feeding people pure lies and the only person that could've done anything to help fight against the swamp was cheated out of an election because y'all allowed yourself to be fooled into believing he was a racist smh. Wake up or by the time you figure out the truth it will be too late.

Who would think 80,000 people would completely take over a country that has 300,000 highly trained and equipped military, in A WEEK. Of course a country must be able to stand on its own, but after 20 years there, I think it was irresponsible of the US to just leave them to fend for themselves without helping them prepare. I just wonder what has been done during 20 years... But I probably don't know enough about this matter to really judge. I just hope that if the EU and UN do something about the Taliban, the US will help in some way.

As a veteran I'm more pissed about how the afghan military surrendered the whole country in a week, you can't take over a block in Chicago in a week, they literally just laid down. At some point they gotta fight for their own shit. We were also training them to protect their country.

Most people don’t know the history of the US funding and training of the extremists (such as Osama) in order to counter the pro-Soviet government that existed before, or the wars that led to the original Taliban control. Even moreso, no one has a realistic solution for what’s happening right now. After 20 years, how much more time and money would it have taken to motivate the government and people of Afghanistan to defend themselves? Unless we took control over the country as our own, we can’t stay there forever (something both sides of the government have agreed on). And even if we did, there’d be insane backlash from that as well. I think it’s cool to express frustration over how it’s going down, but trying to critique the complexities of geo-political movements usually just ends in us looking like armchair generals that pick sides and throw barbs. Moreso thinking about comment sections, though I guess all controversy would be good.
