No ones mad of us pulling out at all, he just did the worst way you could possibly do it, and then takes 0 responsibility for the way it went down

It's not your fight anymore, you did everything you can, now it's on them. If they should've maintained their presence, why stop only in Afghanistan? Why not have have a huge presence in Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Libya, Yemen or other parts of Africa. Again, I'm not American, so I might not understand how you feel about this. You're welcome to enlighten me.

The British couldn't do it, the Russians couldn't do it. There was no version of events where we stop spending money and lives on this war and it leaves anything but a mess behind. I see a lot of talk about who is at the helm the day we leave(even though the last guy scheduled the troop drawdown and withdrawal) no talk about how we got ourselves into this situation where 20 years of fighting couldn't produce a stable government. Maybe we just don't have the ability we think we do to just intervene and fix everything.
