It gave him inspiration for a horror-core themed album and then he became obsessed with rhyming everything under the sun and that's where the accents came from. He could bend words with different accents.

Em really needs to release Relapse 2, at least for the die hard fans. We might have already heard a lot or even most of the unreleased Relapse 2 album via leaks and shit, but either way, he should still put that shit out officially. Iβve always wanted to hear Relapse 2.
