I think it's implied that part of the reason he chose to get the treatment was because he woke up in bed without Skyler and realized that that's how she'd wake up every day after he dies as a result of him not getting treatment. So it wasn't really Skyler making him feel bad about his decision as much as it was him feeling bad about how Skyler would feel once he's gone. Anyway, excited to see you react to the rest of the show - it only gets better from here! Taco Cabeza is just around the corner.
