Em tells us how he collects his verses, from a collection of papers with coded messages so his Relapse box had interesting notes cuz its from his relapse/treatment days where he was reflecting on self and watching a lot of TV. He never really left his room those days when his depression was out of control but continued to write constantly. When a rhyme hits, its jotted while he's thinking it, then throws it in his box. In Revival interviews he says he still does it this way and does not use his phone cuz he remembers what rhyme is on what colour of paper, where on the paper etc, he visually remembers he said. So yeah he got a photographic memory for real..

Since Em retains EVERYTHING he takes in, this what we got. He just had too much time alone with his TV and since he writes constantly and collects it in a shoebox .... takes that to the booth later... this is what it creates!
