He's talking about all the rappers in general. In the context he mentions rappers in the plural. He said, "Look at these (plural) rappers how I treat them . . . Get these (plural) c***suckers off stage. Man where the f*ck is Kanye when you need him." And the verse you quoted is literally almost what Kanye told Taylor Swift when he took the mic. Kanye: "I'm going to let you finish, but Beyonce made the greatest video of all time." Em: "I'm let you finish in a minute, but I'm about to spit the greatest verse of all time."

It’s his song and why would he say “Bitch ima let you finish in a minute yea that rap was tight but I’m, gonna follow with the greatest verse of all time. So you might wanna go back to the lab tonight and just scribble out them rhymes you were gonna spit.” Forever is definitely a little competitive jab as well to all of them on the song.

That was around 2010 when Eminem felt that there three are hotter spitters, this is explained in Talkin' 2 Myself, that was Recovery and he won the Grammy for best rap album against Jay Z, Drake and B.O.B. After that, he felt like a Rap God, a Godzilla, but with so much love for the culture, so we started hearing from Em a lot of homages, if you ain't a mumble rapper and you are lyrical, Em fucks with you, oldhead or new cat, he talks to Drake on Zeus, and fucks with Carter 3 on Killer Remix with younger cats like Cordea and Jack Harlow, also Nicki Minaj, Kendrick, TI, Tech N9ne, Big Sean, Phresher, Logic, Boogie, Conway, Nas, Fat Joe, Joyner Lucas, Young M.A, Polo G, Mozy... Eminem feels like the best, but loves and respect fellow dope rappers.
