YELAWOLF & KID ROCK - LETS ROLL - THIS SHIT WAS FIRE!!!!!

Just goes to show. Even today all this internet shit with politics and stereotypes ain't how it is in the real world. I have grown up in the south in Texas and i never even heard of racism until highschool and when they taught us about slavery and the riots and martin luther king and malcom x it fucked us up because non of of could understand how any person could own another person or hate someone because of their skin color. I truly feel like all that shit is taught and brainwashed into people because in my house color, religion, race, sexuality, and status doesn't mean shit. If you are a good person then i fuck with you. And thank God for letting me be raised around every race because it is beautiful.

Yo, search on here and on yt he went through all the albums dropped last year except the riff raff one.

Mr. Peabody

Lol. Man, that genre is just people who love hip hop but rap about what they know. Where I’m from, we listen to it all so it’s not really a specific sound. Various influences

GS Performance

Also, Kid Rock was popping before Eminem and them being in Detroit ran into each other in a music store (I think) Kid Rock told him he'd heard his music and that he was going to be huge and his only suggestion would be: "slow down and enunciate because you got s*** to say that people need to hear!"

Toni-Ann

Imma go ahead and say, Kid Rock started this lane (you gotta check out his album Devil without a cause) but no one will ever do it at a skill level of Yelawolf. Yela is my top 5 rappers DOA.

Nick

Sounds like you might need to do another Kid Rock track. I recommend same as above. Kid isn't a guy I listen to on the regular but he does get roses for longevity, creativity, originality. I believe Kid Rock influenced Yella, Kid been doing this a very long time, he can do all lanes: Rap, Country, Rock, known for rock/rap mostly

You should do (Kid Rock - Devil without a cause.) That will give you a taste of his hip hop side. The song (Devil without a cause) was released one year before the Slim Shady Lp just to give you some context of time period. Also, Kid Rock is from Detroit as I'm sure you already know
