Even though he was evolving as an adult, as a rapper, alot of people started jumping off. Imo this album is his most underrated achievements by far and he put so much skill n passion into it. Cadences I never heard before, amazing mix of shady n Marshal. His production was getting criticism during this time period even though Some of his best verses and songs are from 2013-17 years. Revivals backlash hurt, which is why he stopped. Kamikaze n mtbmb sound way more different. Its hip hop on hip hop beats. He may of thought his ear was getting too old for what people thought sounded good nowadays compared to him.
