Bozack is an EPMD reference. This was definitely not the best song to react to first. There are so many that are far better.

2022-06-16 12:43:45 +0000 UTCI think a lot of what people liked about the Beastie Boys was that they had a unique sound and it was something you could move to. For it's time, they were a group offering something to have fun with and it wasn't important to how they played with words. I never heard anything super profound in the lyrics to make me want to jump into their whole catalogue. If I had to recommend one song it would be "Intergalactic"...at least the production and cadence on that song shows off the talent.
