I think the main rule should be to take a piece of clothing from you every time you fail a question and, additionally, a random punishment, like doing embarrassing poses and spanking, among many others that are suggested. Two examples of embarrassing poses are crawling from one end of the room to the other and the airplane challenge. I agree that it's cool that the punishment comes from a random list, since they can get any punishment at any time: dressed, in their underwear or completely naked, depending on how well or badly they are playing.
