CA: 59 Sea Clouds

Vivi was taken back to her room after fainting from the shock of Hiko proposing so now it was just the King, his guards, Hiko, and Robin left in the throne room.

Besides learning Haki, Hiko had experimented with Pyrobloin a compound found in seastone used to create sea clouds. After running countless experiments he had found the correct ratio to create clouds that could float in the water and still hold up nearly a ton per square foot.

Using the money from Crocodile Hiko had Tashigi go out and buy every piece of seastone she could get her hands on. Now he just had to build the machine that would make him clouds, putting on a pair of welding goggles Hiko got to work.

-5 Hours Later-

Hiko sighed as he wiped a layer of sweat from his forehead, " Finally finished. " The final product looked like a wood chipper, the seastone would go into the feed tube and after several chemical reactions it would mix with water and come out dense clouds. " Now to do that five more times."

With just one machine it would take almost a month just to create a cloud large enough to float the ship but once he had a seed cloud it would start drawing water vapor on its own enlarging gradually. With six the cost to production ratio was just right and in a few months, they would have a cloud large enough for their purposes.

Working nonstop Hiko made all six of the machines, " Now all that's left is to bring these out to see and feed them seastone no stop. " Putting the machines into his inventory Hiko swam out into the sea for a few minutes until Alabasta could no longer be seen.

Creating a raft for the machines to sit on Hiko turned them on and sat back, " Now all we have to do is play the waiting game. "
