Project CHASSEPOT - Wilhelmina

Here it is! If you dug through the rewards last month you might have found that secret Marianne pic, who is the subject of another recent WIP! Marianne and Wilhelmina were contributions to NeoQueendom C95 and C96, a MuscleGirl focused compendium put together for Comiket, the bi-yearly doujin mega convention in Tokyo.

"Project CHASSEPOT" (named it just now) is something that has slowly taken form as a convergence of my appeal for world war 1 general aesthetics which are rather untapped and, of course, my fondness for towering big-titted colossi. Right now the lore is fuzzy as I'm thinking more in terms of atmosphere and visuals, but these characters are basically hulking avatars of war who mysteriously spawn on the battlefield and support their respective sides in various ways =)

I enjoy working on this theme because WW1 is a weird transition period where modern inventions were implemented in a sometimes chaotic manner alongside old fashioned strategies on their way out. Automatic weapons and armor for instance were still in a primitive state and a lot of crazy designs were tested before being mostly cast aside.

I'm trying to capture that a bit, while Marianne is mostly the incarnation of a French Symbol, Whilhelmina is a Hun one-woman Machine gun crew as well as a Coy quiet type. She's carrying an oversized MG08/15 with an ammo-feeding backpack. I doesn't show here so much, but her braid loops in a circle and attaches to the bottom of her helmet, mimicking the feeder apparatus, I'm pretty proud of it, hope I can showcase it better in the future =D

I have another contribution coming in C97 a few days from now, this time a short 4 page doujin featuring a foreign legion angel on a mission: 

The English version will be made available here on the 30th, as an exclusive for the time being! the pages will be watermarked in the preview the same as above, but you will get the pristine pages in the rewards. The Japanese version I will keep under wraps for the moment =)

Of course if you are in Japan for C97 or have the courage to go through the process of ordering the thing (transport fee is huge unfortunately), I'd recommend picking up the full issue, as it has contributions from colleagues Waterproof Pigeon, NDC, Dmitrys and of course Great6 and Zunta, the OG beasts!

I don't have any long form doujin ideas attached to that whole thing for now, but I'm going to keep developing it steadily.
