February'21 Oddpoll and Classic poll tweaks

Thank you for your patience, here is what I got for this hopefully less horribilis annus;

The Oddpoll stays roughly the same! 3 choices tied together with a theme, sometimes loose (as it is below) and sometimes a bit weird as the name suggests =) 

The main change relates to the regular/Classic poll accessible to handshake tier+ Patrons. I've obnoxiously complained a lot about my character pool growing small and not expanding since I don't watch anime/play games all that much these days. I also realized that although subjectively not retreading the same grounds is something I'm careful about, it's likely that most of you don't really mind if I draw plenty of characters from the same franchise, or draw popular characters again. I really don't mind drawing more [crippled Samurai lady] more often for example, but I'm somewhat irrationally (as I am told by colleagues) afraid of redundancy and people getting bored.

Asking for suggestions is something I've already done, but this year I'd like to make it a core aspect of the classic poll, therefore instead of offering it up at the very beginning of the month, I'll open a consultation thread where handshake tier+ patrons can suggest characters or franchises, support the choices of other patrons that they would like to see etc. This thread would run until half way through the month, and would then morph into an actual poll featuring some of the suggested characters, in turn lasting until the next monthly processing pass.

The selection will not be random, it'll come down to what I enjoy and believe I can deliver an interesting interpretation of! I might also add thematic overtones, MILF-ups etc to keep things fun.

Here is why I'm addressing all patrons here: While the suggestion phase will be limited to handshake tier+ pledges, the final poll will be all-access, so that there is something to come back to mid-month for everyone :)

The P-Lounge poll (accolade+) will remain the same, specifically voting for various elements of the running month's commission.
