Introducing a New Gameplay Mechanic: Real Estate
Starting from V0.15, your influence in Spring Hill extends beyond its people—you can now take over the town itself!
This exciting feature unlocks through a short quest that leads you to the newly opened real estate office in Spring Hill Mall. There, you'll influence the real estate agent to join your cause. This quest automatically triggers once you have six women in your harem.
Once the real estate agent is under your control, a new app will appear on your in-game smartphone: "Real Estate."
The app lets you view all the buildings currently available for purchase, with even more options unlocking as you progress through the game—and as new content is added in future updates.
While some properties can be bought with money alone, others will require you to meet additional conditions before they become available for acquisition. Keep an eye on these requirements as you expand your influence across Spring Hill!
Once you've purchased a property, you'll have the option to decide what it produces for you daily: money or Mind Points.
You can also invest in upgrading your properties with money, boosting your daily resource flow even further. But here's the catch: you'll need an architect in your harem to handle the upgrades. Luckily, in V0.15, you'll have the chance to bring Angela, the architect, into your fold...
Earning real estate and gaining resources through it becomes especially important in the late game, where you'll need a significant amount of Mind Points. However, the late game is still quite a distance away in terms of development, so there's plenty more to come before we reach that stage!
With this new gameplay feature, "Shattered Minds" goes beyond just controlling people—you now have the power to take over the entire town!
Expand your influence, shape Spring Hill to your will, and watch your empire grow.

I'm a big fan of somewhat "dirty" content, would it be possible to include things like for example: group sex, swinging (club), partner swapping, cuckold, possibly prostitution in future updates? But yeah, it's especially useful later; In the late game, you need a certain amount of Mind Points daily to essentially "keep up appearances" and make the outside world believe that everything in Spring Hill is normal, and that the town and it's people aren't under the control of just one person.
