Poll #1: Should I post more CG previews of upcoming updates?
Added 2021-05-12 18:28:37 +0000 UTCI’m not a big fan of that kind of thing since it kind of spoils the surprise (I hate spoilers). At the same time, I want to engage more with the community, I just don’t know how to do it—not my cup of tea, let say. I didn’t do much CG previews during Sam’s perspective because of the mystery revolving around Beth and her cheating, but now that the mystery is (kinda) resolved, I feel like I can be a bit more loose toward showing new content. If it were only for me, I wouldn’t do it (like I said, I hate spoilers), but at the same time I think people should be able to choose for themselves.

Personally I don't care about any images that devs post since I don't play these games for pictures: there are plenty of better images to whack off to. I play these games for stories and choices.

2021-05-12 21:00:01 +0000 UTCWell, I wouldn’t have shared the previews directly anyway, since I know not everyone wants to be spoiled. I would have posted a link that would redirect to the image. It’s just that this still isn’t a foolproof plan, and there are still chances that those people would encounter the images somewhere else.

2021-05-12 19:50:57 +0000 UTCI will post a progress report in a week or so to talk more about it, but I think I should be able to release the update at the end of the month, as usual.

2021-05-12 19:46:10 +0000 UTCI would say yes, but also another creator I follow added a blurred out picture in front of the actual picture they used for a preview so that those that didn't want a spoiler wouldn't have to see it. Not sure how to do it mechanically, but just some food for thought.
