All goals reached!
Added 2022-04-04 20:53:11 +0000 UTCThis post is mostly to point out that I know that all of the goals have been reached. Here’s a quick follow-up for each of them:
Moaning sounds
Because of some personal issues last month, I didn’t have the time to look for Aya’s voice actress. I do plan on looking more seriously this week, so here’s hoping I’ll be able to hear Aya’s sweet moaning voice this month.
Full-Time Job
I was already kinda working full-time on this project for the past few months, but now I’m no longer stressing over food and stuff. Really thankful for that.
2 Extra CGs (mostly non-sexual)
This too has been in place for at least the past release. Not every release will have scenes that are important enough to have dedicated CGs for them, but I plan to look at earlier parts of the game and add some there whenever that’s the case.
More frames/movements in sex scenes
We were finally able to reach this goal at the start of this month. I won’t lie, it was a bit quicker than I first anticipated. Still, I had already started the process of looking for someone late last month because it seemed inevitable.
So yeah, at first, I thought I would ask the artists themselves to draw more frames, and I would then be the one to try and put everything together, but two problems quickly arose from that way of thinking. First, not all of my artists know how to properly animate things (even if it’s something simple). And second, me putting everything together afterward might end up wasting more time on something subpar.
I ended up finding someone to solely take care of the animations. It’s nothing crazy. I do think it’s better than what we currently have, but I still want people to manage their expectations; those are simple animations. I’m still kinda learning how to properly use them alongside the story. The pacing is very different from what I’m used to, and I’m also trying to add a bit more fluidity with the camera and such, which takes a lot of time. So this month’s update will be more of a test than anything else. If people don’t like the result, the change can be reversed. If, on the other hand, people really like how it looks, then I can start thinking of maybe—slowly—transitioning the old scenes to how the new scenes look (though it will be a lot of time investment). It might be one of the next goals, I’m not sure.
Next goals
So, what’s next? I have not a single clue. I want to make sure that all of the old goals are properly fulfilled/implemented before attempting new ones. I also want goals that are feasible and that add something of value to the project. But, even though I’m not looking to add new goals this month, if I see a good enough suggestion (like the moaning sounds, for example), I might add it as a goal relatively quickly. So, as always, if you have good ideas, I want to read them.
Just keep in mind that goals and additional features will make my job harder.
The animations that I’m now dealing with do take longer to properly implement. I’m hoping that I’ll get the hang of it eventually, but of course, every time I add a new feature, it makes the development cycle last longer. It’s something to keep in mind when asking for new things. I just don’t wanna end up not being able to keep up with the monthly releases.

Thanks! As long as you understand the sacrifice and hardship that might come with your decision, and as long as you have people that are there to support you, I say go for it! I truly hope you can find success and happiness by pursuing your passion.

Tho I told them to give me 2 years to fully support myself. Will always support your works boss. Cant deny, everyday I always check your feed to see updates 💖

2022-04-08 03:06:31 +0000 UTCWhile you are totally right and finding a stable job is the best way to secure a stable life, I would never be able to keep up with the monthly releases with a full-time job on the side. Also, I’ve been trying for close to six years to live off of my passion, and this is the closest I’ve ever been. With all of the sacrifices that I’ve made thus far, and knowing all of the risks involved, I’m still making that choice even if there’s a chance that I end up regretting it. But I appreciate the advice, and be assured that I'm not making that decision with hopeful thinking in mind (also, I live in Canada, so healthcare is free).

Unlike other NTR games, which quickly enter the NTR plot after simply explaining the relationship between men and women. This game carefully explores the differences between Harry and Laura's views on the relationship between work and love, which lays the groundwork for the subsequent NTR story, and Laura did not fall into the stereotype of "sudden corruption". Instead, The author patiently describes her inner struggle and contradiction , so as to make a more natural transition from resistance to acceptance of Luca. As an excellent NTR story, harry's perspective is very important, which can make players empathize with him, feeling anxious about the state of laura. It is worth mentioning that this work has also done a good job in the hidden elements such as changes in Laura's clothes, the voice next door, ambiguous photo, moans on the phone and so on. I hope there will be more descriptions of these elements in future versions. In a word, well done! my friend, I will always support you and wish every success in your work. Take care.

2022-04-06 21:03:30 +0000 UTCThe moaning sounds and more frames for animations were the important ones, so now that they have been achieved, I agree you should be very careful what additional work you would add to your work cycle. All possible future goals should be considered with the mindset if they would be possible to implement with most of the work being done by other people like the CG artists. Like if the artists made more still CGs for sex scenes, that would probably require minimal time investment from you. Like the style of those Laura kissing CGs could be good, groping and teasing and sucking that could be used in multiple scenes. That feels like something relatively plausible without increasing your workload unreasonably. Whatever you decide, I am sure you have the best judgment. I think most people would prefer keeping the monthly update pace over refining the already excellent formula unless of course the update time was linked with the story flow in regards to mystery or something.
