0.3 release for the Corrupted and above tiers

Looking at my last post, I feel I was a bit too optimistic when I explained how much was left to do. Of course, in this case, it's 100% my fault, as I became overzealous and wrote a lot more in the dependant sequence than I had initially planned. But at least it's done now!
The male MC path now also has an additional choice tied to it, which I plan to expand upon in further updates. For now, it's mostly just me floating various ideas around, and it is unlikely to affect anything in the short term, but I still wanted to add some choice in that route as well.
