How to link your Patreon to BackerKit!

We've been detecting some confusion about how to access your exclusive Patron-only holo Fran cards from our BackerKit Campaign: https://www.backerkit.com/c/projects/the-east-patch/angel-hare-plushies-the-return
The process isn't the most intuitive, so we thought we'd help walk you through it to ensure anyone who wants the cards can get them!
Have a BackerKit account: You need to have an account on BackerKit.com to connect your Patreon to.
Be a Patreon member at any paid tier level! The Fran cards are listed at $9 so that members in the $1 tier will still only pay the typical $10 our other cards and holos are.
Pledge to the BackerKit campaign at any level! This is a placeholder pledge, and you can switch to the Patron cards at any time once you're synced. You won't be charged until the end of the campaign, so the placeholder pledge will not cost you anything and every item is available as an add-on to the Patron cards if you'd like more!
Fill out this form, and let us know if your Patreon email and BackerKit email are different! There is a run-down from BackerKit here, but basically this form lets us add you to a list that BackerKit uses to let you see the secret pledge level!
Wait! It can take a week for us to get the new submissions to BackerKit, and for them to add you to the list. I'm not sure why it isn't an automatic system, but we appreciate your patience while we all figure it out together!

2026-01-29 18:43:38 +0000 UTCHello! It won't be visible as an add-on, it'll be a pledge level you can switch to. Once you are processed, which can take up to a week, you'll be able to see it! I've just seen your support email, so I'll get you added to the list for processing : ) sorry it's a bit confusing! Let me know if you need any additional help.

And I guess I'm just waiting now on hearing back for when I can add on the holo cards. I'll just ask this: Does it matter who we fill out the form to? On the form, it asks who to send it to. Either BackerKit Support Team or The East Patch. Can we do either one, or do we need to pick a specific one? I've done both at this point just to be sure, but it would still be good to know.
