His New Orc Stepsisters (Excerpt - Meeting the New Family)

“Greetings, Everett,” a deep voice said.

He had been so lost in thought that the young man didn’t even see or hear Marvug approach his table. “Oh, Marvug,” he said, standing up and giving his new stepfather a polite bow. “Congratulations. I’m very happy for you and my mother.”

The grizzled orc warrior smiled, reaching out and grasping his shoulder. “I know you have your doubts about me.”

Everett’s eyes widened. “I don’t…”

“You do. I can see it on your face. And I don’t begrudge you. But she and I both found solace in each other when we needed it most. My heart can never fully mend the loss of my mate, just as hers will never do so from the loss of your father. But we are less empty than we were, and we are happy together.”

Everett was surprised upon hearing this. He had not realized that Marvug had been a widower just as his mother had been a widow. His mother had not mentioned this detail in her letter and the few conversations they had had since he returned home a week prior.

“I understand,” Everett replied softly. “It’s just…difficult for me.” The orc had been honest and sincere, so it was only fair for him to respond in kind.

Marvug smiled. “I know. But I swear to you - I will honor and cherish your mother with every fiber of my being, and would give my life for hers if it came to it.”

Everett looked at the orc for several moments, nodding. “Well…let us hope it never comes to that, yes?” he said with a laugh to break the ice.

Marvug let out a deep baritone chuckle, slapping him lightly on the shoulder. “Indeed.” Looking at him sagely again, he continued. “There is much I still don’t know about humans, just as I’m sure there is much you don’t know about orcs. But I’m hoping that you and I can learn more as your mother and I spend more time together, and you with us.”

Everett nodded. “Yes…I’d like that.” He appreciated the fact that the orc had not immediately come right out with the ‘call me father’ line. The death of his actual father was still too fresh for that. But…perhaps one day, in time.

Marvug’s pointy green ear twitched when he heard one of the male orcs verbally sparring with another orc. “That would be my idiot cousins. I better intercede before they start a brawl with each other,” he laughed, looking over his shoulder.

He turned to face the blond-haired young man again. “One last thing…don’t let my girls get the better of you.”

Everett blinked at that. “Come again?”

“My daughters, Urzna and Turiel. Turiel is a spunky little thing who comes on very strong, but that is only because she’s never talked to a human before. And Urzna has the strength of an ox, but she’ll only ever use it to give you bear hugs.”

Everett gulped. “I’ll be sure to keep that in mind,” he laughed awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck. “Mother told me you had two girls. I suppose I should introduce myself…”

Marvug shook his head with a grin, as if he knew something he didn’t. “No need. They will find you soon, you can believe that. Anyway, be well, Everett,” he said, with a respectful bow.

Everett bowed back, still slightly confused as he watched his new stepfather depart. He didn’t know what to expect from his new orcish stepsisters, based on what he had told him.

Marvug’s daughters, Urzna and Turiel, slammed their mugs of ale down as they just finished their latest round of “Svarg” - an old orcish drinking game. Their uncle had begun boring them to tears telling the surrounding orcs the same old war stories that they had heard a thousand times already. Inevitably, whenever they got bored, it always devolved into competitive little games with each other to pass the time.

Turiel wiped off her mouth with her arm. “I win!”

Urzna laughed. “Like hell you did, runt. Half the ale was spilling out of your mouth as you were chugging. I watched you.”

Turiel petulantly flicked her tongue out at her taller sister. “Excuses, excuses. Big bad orc bitch is just salty that a wee half-gobliness outdrinks her every time.”

Urzna shook her head, chuckling. “Whatever you say, wee half-gobliness.” She looked toward the middle of the room, seeing their father leave his new human wife where she was for a moment to approach a blond-haired human male. He had a youthful face, and his facial features were strikingly similar to that of their new human stepmother. She knew this could only be Everett, Maribel’s only son.

As Turiel dug into her mutton meal, Urzna cocked her head as she watched her father talk to the human lad. She had to admit, he was quite a handsome sight. The young man’s face was totally unblemished, and he had the sandy blond hair one might associate with the archetypal human knight in shining armor stories. He also looked to be in very good shape; not fat but not scrawny either. Of course, his musculature couldn’t compare to hers, but that was to be expected. She had a physique that could contend with burly male orcs. It was what made her sought-after by many males of her own species, even if she turned all of them down.

Their father walked away, likely to break up the arguing between his two twin cousins nearby. This left the human young man sitting by himself as the other guests at his own table had moved on to go mingle with the other human guests elsewhere.

Urzna elbowed her spunky little sister next to her. “Sister, look.”

Boshta,” the younger, shorter half-goblin swore in orcish. “What do you want, Urzna?” she groused through a mouthful of mutton.

The older, taller orcess ignored her sister’s outburst. “Look there at the corner table. That’s our new human stepbrother.”

Turiel followed her sister’s gaze, and her eyes widened when she spotted the blond-haired human young man sitting alone.

“Fuck me…what a cutie!” Turiel whistled exuberantly. Always straight to the point, in classic Turiel fashion.

Urzna grinned and nodded. “Isn’t he though?”

“Damn right he is. Imagine having that handsome face staring up at you while you’re grinding your cunt onto his mouth? Hot damn, what a thrill!”

Urzna pictured such a scenario and felt herself growing aroused from the prospect. She and her little sister had very unusual preferences for orcs. The archetypal orcish male was not of interest to either of them. Their attraction to human and elf men was a deeply-rooted commonality between them, and one of the few things that both sisters had in common with each other. It was also something they apparently shared with their father, as evidenced by his new wife.

“And we get to live with him from now on?!” Turiel asked with disbelief. Her face stretched into a wide grin, her sharp teeth gleaming with mischievous intent. “I’m gonna suck his cock.”

Urzna let out a boisterous laugh. “Hogshit. No you won’t.”

“I will!” the smaller half-orc said, puffing out her chest haughtily. “I’m gonna sneak into his bedroom, pull down his pants while he’s sleeping, and suck his cock. After gettin’ woken up to that treat, he’ll keep comin’ back for more. Guarantee ya, sis.”

“Or maybe you’ll scare the shit out of the poor boy, sis,” Urzna laughed, rolling her eyes. Turiel stuck her tongue out at her and the older orcess shook her head. “Cmon, we might as well introduce ourselves, ya?”

Turiel’s cocky expression turned into an uncertain frown. “What, now?” she asked.

“Ya, now.” She cocked her head at her younger sister. “What, you were just talking about sucking his cock, but now just meetin’ him is enough to make you piss yourself in fear?”

Turiel looked at the floor and twiddled her thumbs. “N- no.” She then puffed out her chest haughtily. “Of course not. Let’s go!”

Urzna laughed to herself as Turiel was suddenly emboldened to lead the way.
