Errors with subscribing - returning members

I've had a few messages that people can't sign back up as members while the payments are suspended. (Click the link below for the post explaining that if you missed it!)
I've double checked the info on Patreon's page and not sure why it's not letting people rejoin.

Until payment for members is resumed, please message me if you're having trouble accessing art/trying to sign back up and I'll help you!
Also due to this, I'm thinking about resuming payment slightly earlier - on August 1st rather than August 8th - to hopefully allow everyone who wants to join back up a chance to do so earlier.
Another important reminder in case you missed the earlier post:
Please send me a message if you were a member during May or June this year and wanted a refund for the time I was on an unexpected break!
