True, but then who'se innocent? There's only so much you can do. If that's not good enough, your choices unfortunately are very limited. I don't see this Auggie put bullets in his son's heads. He loved them despite them being Nazi's. I see in that point his choices were: Kill his son's, leave his son's or do what he did. He clearly loved his son's so killing them or leaving thewm would have been so difficult, impossible perhaps. By staying in their lives he still had chance trying to affect decisions and do best to minimize the damage done Keith and Chris.
