Ok so lots to say. The Ost that played during Christa's moment was perfection. (It's called "Zero Eclipse" i highly recommended looking it up) The writing time after time in s3 especially for me really delivers, (and we're nowhere near the peak of s3) I love the satisfaction of ymirs story with Christa really hitting here. Masterfully done. Sorry to tell you but the cliffhangers only get worse unfortunately. Overall episode score I'd give it is 8.1 Overall when we also include that ODM animation too because wow. That's why I prefer studio witty odm animation. Also christas dub va absolutely killed it!

2025-10-15 22:03:38 +0000 UTCThe narrative device of "fathers" in AOT is extremely interesting to study, especially with regard to what we know about the father figures in this story, and how their offspring behave, nature vs nurture, etc. Feels like there could be an entire video essay just on that alone.

2025-10-14 18:58:30 +0000 UTCIf you think that are upsetting cliffhangers, Boy do I have bad news for you ... 🤣 AoT has the worst cliffhangers in TV history, at least imo! It looks like you know a second before that the gray "To be continued" screen comes, does that change how the cliffhanger lands? I personally would hate that, it feels like that would soften the impact of the cliffhanger a tiny little bit ... The next time AoT hits you with an evil cliffhanger, be properly upset, but also marvel how they still get even worse and how they are a integral part of the whole AoT experience, at least the first time watching!
