MMA 2019 is INCREDIBLE and I guarantee you that if you watch it you will just want to keep watching their performances. The performances from their week on Jimmy Fallon were great too. He had a whole week where they performed.

Other covers off the top of my head include Sarah McLachlan, Travis, and Robert Downey, Jr! Thanks for the wonderful Christmas reaction video. I hope you had a good one. :)

2021-12-26 14:26:29 +0000 UTCmerry xmas! ariana made her xmas n chill EP over a few days with her best friends tommy and victoria (who happen to be her producer and songwriter) and they just had a big sleepover in their onesies and made it at her home studio and she says to this day its one of her fav projects shes ever released. the rest of the EP is definitely a switch up from Winter Things but in a good way. Wit It This Christmas is my guilty pleasure, i listen to it all year round hahah. I literally love them all though, my bias changes every week 😂 Its usually Danceracha based and then Han is my Bias Wrecker always because the guy is just an absolute gem at all times

The EP has the sweet Christmas song and the break up Christmas song, so as a package, it’s nice to hear their variety. The writing and producing team of the group calls themselves 3Racha-leader Bang Chan, Changbin, and HAN. The videos for all 3 Christmas songs are also wonderful. I know a handful of us also suggested their full album NOEASY as one to check out, especially if you’re intrigued by this song. Hope your holidays are wonderful, filled with all this great music!

2021-12-25 14:45:15 +0000 UTCI'm really happy that you enjoyed Stray Kids, not gonna lie I was thinking about recommending them and this song but I wasn't sure if you'd like it tbh and I didn't want to recommend something I didn't think you'd enjoy. I would definitely recommend listening to more of them, their music is very unique and not for everyone but seeing that you liked xmas evel, then I have a good feeling about it! They put out two other Christmas songs recently called 'winter falls' and '24 to 25', which are definitely more wholesome xmas songs that you might enjoy.

Bts love giving us Christmas presents like this (last year we even got two, from both V (Snow flower) and Jimin (Christmas love). If you want, once you’ve finished with their main discography, I’d be very interested in your thoughts on all their solo music; all 7 have incredibly different styles it’s so fascinating to see! I’m really glad you checked out Pentatonix too - they’re my favourite group after BTS. They’ve been around since 2011 and yes, they have A LOT of Christmas music. Hope you’re enjoying the playlist! The names from left to right (when they all came together in the music video): Kevin (beatboxer), Kirstin (sometimes called Kirstie to rhyme with thirsty), Scott (baritone), Mitch (tenor), Matt (bass). Originally they had a different bass called Avi, he left in 2017 to pursue music at his own pace since the group is insanely busy and it was too much for him. Hope you do an album reaction sometime! They mostly do cover songs, but they have a few original albums (self-titled in 2015, the lucky ones in 2021). Merry Christmas again, all the best!

Some good songs to start out with are Gods Menu, Back Door, Thunderous, Easy, Miroh. So many good ones! Felix is known for having a killer delivery with a super deep voice.

But yeah Stray Kids is very hip hop based which I enjoy a lot but some may not of course. Not to say I don’t like anything else, (I follow BTS, TXT, Ateez, Enhypen, Blackpink, SF9, P1Harmony, Aespa, Itzy, Oneus, The Boyz lol) so there’s a little of every element in there but idk Stray Kids is the one I connect to the most, even though I adore all the other groups as well, theres always that one that just hits just a few inches closer to the heart and Stray Kids is that one for me

Wish I vibed with it more though. Their style is really particular and just wasn't for me but I am glad I gave them a shot.

Regarding V's song - Christmas Tree - the short instrumental at the end isn't part of the song. Some of the lyric vids add these instrumentals at the end as a way to get away from copyright claims, fyi. If you loved this song, I think you'll also love the Christmas single V released last year called Snow Flower. It's again a very different Christmas song, very beautiful and timeless. Jimin's single Christmas Love is a more "traditional " Christmas song, super sweet and fun (and one of my 5 yo's favorite songs ever) and I recommend it as well. Happy Holidays 💜💜

Its definitely a different take on a Christmas song but the reality of it, which is what they wanted to portray with some of the songs on this EP, is that Christmas isn’t always wonderful and joyful for everyone. Out of all the Kpop groups I closely follow, Stray Kids is my absolute favorite. They’re a self produced, self made group under JYP Entertainment thats been around since 2017 and they all rap and they’re all amazing vocalist so I definitely recommend them, all their music is great. 2021-12-25 03:17:06 +0000 UTChere’s all the Pentatonix info u need to know (for now at least): first singer- Mitch Grassi (tenor) second singer- Scott Hoying (baritone) girl- Kirstin Maldonado (alto/soprano) bass- Matt Sallee beatboxer- Kevin Olusola All 5 have pretty incredible singing ranges which makes for some spectacular arrangements! Scott covers bass when Matt has solos and Kevin has such a smooth tenor voice when he gets opportunities to sing every so often! Additionally Kevin plays the cello & they use his talent of playing cello & beatboxing simultaneously in some songs yes they do indeed have 80 something Christmas songs lol they’ve been putting out Christmas albums for the last 10 years! if you listen to that playlist you’ll find some songs with a different bass singer - that’s Avi Kaplan & he was in the group from its start in 2011 until fall 2017 when he left to pursue his own thing. Matt joined the group for their 2017 Christmas tour and then became a permanent member in early 2018 :) now that you’ve been introduced to them i’m sure you’ll fall down the rabbit hole haha! if you have any questions as that process begins i am here to help - just went to my 15th concert of theirs a couple weeks ago so consider me your resident expert :)
