Added 2022-02-01 04:45:09 +0000 UTCI had a couple of mishaps, the first few videos are way too zoomed in (there was no way to fix it afterwards) and the little mix and stray kids video sources didnt get recorded (the audio & original reactions did thankfully, i would never re-record a reaction), so i had to add the source video afterward around all my pauses/rewinds so its not perfect (you'll see) otherwise, another great month of requests!!!!!!

WAIT A DANG SECOND!!!! HOW DID I FREAKING MISS THE FACT THAT YOU’VE REACTED TO DAECHWITA!!!!!!!! Okay, back from watching and that made my night! My favorite mv of all time. Just today on Apple Music his name as ‘suga’ and ‘agust d’ got combined to be just suga, which means his next mixtape will be coming soon. Updates on there always means something coming so his is probably coming out next month (jhope’s comes out July 15th and jk said his comes out after suga’s so maybe September for him? Which is also his birthday month.) When d-2 came out suga/Yoongi told us some ideas behind the mv that blonde hair agust d’s other name is anger (and he doesn’t know if he actually got killed in the mv) and black haired agust d from the mv has another name and he will tell us in this 3rd mixtape. So with the name combining people are speculating that black haired agust d is suga and he killed agust d … we shall see 🤷🏻♀️ Also agust d to come out in august? Clever 👏🏻👏🏻

2022-02-03 05:48:21 +0000 UTComg michael you should definitely check out D-2 by Agust D and mono by RM, these 2 are the latest (and sophomore) releases from the rappers (J-hope just has 1 album as of now but he's gonna release another one soon and I'm SO excited) but yeah, I LOVE d-2 and mono coz of THE LYRICS, the production is insane too (and it's definitely not something to be overlooked) but the LYRICS for the most part will make you bawl your eyes out, ugh! I can't stress enough HOW different and insane BTS' writing styles are- especially RM and SUGA. They talk about some REAL stuff in the BTS albums, but in their solo albums, it's just RAW, UNFILTERED lyrics coz it's further from the public scrutiny and hype that BTS as a group gets.

I'd love to hear what you think about SEVENTEEN, a group with some really talented vocalists and killer choreo, but don't want you to be overwhelmed with a 13-member group!!

We know their schedule is very hectic and it's probably very hard for them to work on their own songs, but we get snippets & clues from time to time that keep us hopeful it's not too long lol I think you'd enjoy JK's solo song that he wrote called "Still with you" - it's beautiful and one of my favorite songs. I also think you'll love V's song "Sweet night" - it was a part of ost for a kdrama and it's the one song, that no matter how anxious I'm feeling, can calm me down and help me feel better. V's voice is soothing to the soul in general, but this song really has some magic in it. So happy you enjoyed the song 😭 The leader Bang Chan is the one you kept rewinding that said “Freezing cold but I know we’ll burn together” the first go around lol. Thunderous is definitely a song to “shoutout the haters” and let everyone know that they’re still going to be themselves and do what they do best no matter what anyone has to say. They’re a self made group, incredibly talented but so humble yet hungry for their dreams and thats one of the many reasons why I love and respect them. Aside from the fact that they all have top tier personalities 😅 They can all sing and rap. Now that you’ve opened the gate I will be sending Stray Kids your way in my requests lol Theres a little of every sound in their albums, so for someone that likes lots of different genres of music, like myself, the albums are no skips. In the video, the leader Bang Chan is the one with the bandages look around his waist. Loved hearing the Jung Kook solo...which I hadn't heard yet. If you ever get a chance to watch one of the videos of his V-LIVEs from last year, it is a treat. They're basically private concerts for viewers, because he just pulls up videos and sings along...doing both covers and BTS songs...whatever ARMYs request from him. This man can sing anything. Massively excited to see your reaction to Daechwita, and glad you really liked it. There's something so special and appealing about Min Yoongi, that he can be so unassuming and unpretentious, but also be brash and bold...but also vulnerable and reflective in everything he does. 100% my bias. Looking forward to your Agust D reactions (and every other members' mixtapes!) Apologies for the long comment, but want to say thank you again for adding K-Pop into the mix more. There are so many groups putting out great music and fantastic performances. I'm impatient to see all the artists' popularity grow more worldwide. He has the Agust D one released in 2016 and one called D-2 released in 2020 (with Daechwita), which I believe will be your favorite! I promise you won't regret it (and it might become one of your favorite projects ever) Also, Daechwita is a huge shout out to his previous mixtape. Back in Agust D, he used to have blond hair and his lyrics and approach used to be a lot more angry and agressive and basically in Daechwita that blonde Agust D became king and he got drunk on power and eventually became a tyrant who goes off cutting peoples head off Then comes black haired Agust D, his new version, who travels back to the past to kill his old self (that's why he has modern clothes, the gun and even a car in the middle of an older set)!

Jhope has Hope World and a single covering "Chicken Noodle Soup" the dance track from the early 00s that he listened to when he first started dancing. All of their mixtapes are soooooooo worth it. They always make sure to use that time to dive into who they are at that time. You can hear it in the styles they use as well as the lyrics they write.
