I have no chill and binge everything so I'm impressed that you are able to wait and stretch it out like you have. I really have a hard time ranking the seasons because they each bring something different to the table. I can't really choose a favorite season, but I think that season 2 is my least favorite one but I seem to be in the minority. I love season 3 and the fact that it was a completely different vibe. Growing up in the 80s it felt more like my childhood in some ways than the other ones did. Fun fact: in July '85 I saw Back to the Future and Goonies on the same day at the mall because our air conditioning went out in the Arkansas heat. That was a rare treat getting to see two in the same day. I loved the Scoops Troop and the whole infiltrating the secret Russian base storyline so much, and Robin is one of my favorite characters that they've introduced in recent seasons. Can't wait for you to watch season 4, and get your bat ready!

Of course, I don't know if it'll stay this way, but at least for now I'm glad you still like him! (Also, yes ik he's stupid but I love that you also realized that he's just a stupid teen boy who doesn't quite know how to deal with his emotions)

EVERY episode of season 4 is longer than this finale, and the season 4 finale episode itself is 2.5 hours long! Season 4 has a runtime of 13 hours in only 9 episodes. Strap in because its definitely a long ride. Also, grab your bat and get ready for the darkest, goriest, horror-iest season yet. By the way, don't forget that there are about 4 years of real world time between this finale and now. Our main 4 are gonna look comically old, so be ready for that. Other than that, get ready for a long and incredible season 4 with a lot of surprises.

I waited till the second half of season 4 came out and tbh, aside from maybe 3 scenes, it was mainly missing the show that made me like season 4 so much. Without the rose colored glasses, i personally still like season 2 and 1 more. But season 4 has my two all time favorite scenes from the show...like, ever. Even in cinema tbh. And i am sure most know what two scenes i mean.

Fox made Family Ties during the day and Back to the Future at night. I don't know how he survived. Not only was I thrilled to see Back to the Future in Stranger Things, I was so happy to hear them use part of Alan Silvestri's perfect score during the movie theater scenes. I was pretty young when New Coke came out, but even I remember that it was a giant flop. People were MAD. Sometimes my dad still asks for a "Classic Coke." Dustin tells Steve that Cerebro is on "Weathertop." This is another LOTR reference. "Screw Todd, Steve's her daddy now!" Is another all-time favorite line for me. The cardboard cutout that Steve stumbles over in the video store is of Phoebe Cates from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Phoebe Cates is who Dustin compared Suzie to. In the promo for the "Cutting Edge" news show in the last episode, the announcer speculates that satanism is to blame for the disaster in Hawkins. This was a real concern in the '80s. People were really worried about "devil worshipers." Also, you are now good to watch the bloopers for Seasons 1, 2, and 3! Season 4 bloopers have not been released yet. You may want to watch all of them together.

2022-07-24 09:28:01 +0000 UTCi know this wasnt directed at me but had to chime in lol... here in Australia when you buy tickets you get assigned seating... ideally you book it yourself online, and if its for a premiere or marvel etc, you best be booking the minute that shits available. i only go watch via Gold Class now so i can recline and have prime viewing... but i also dont feel the need to do opening nights etc so ill go a week later and grab good seats. but yeah, always assigned seating, no matter the size of the theatre or movie... i miss the days of old where i could just walk in and sit wherever!

That part where he talks to El and the tear falls in his eye oof Dacre said at the end where El talks to him about his mom he was playing it like El pulled out the 10 year old Billy before all the abuse His death hit me really hard i cant even lie

Love Robins character, but the Steve Dustin relationship is the best thing ever! Really loved the color, fashion and brightness visually of this season. Cannot wait to rewatch with you season 4! Always super happy when you point out cinematography and direction and lighting and ESPECIALLY the colors happening I'm a sucker for color theory in shows and movies. Millie and Sadie were such a highlight in this season acting-wise and they continue to be in season 4. I love that you love Steve and Dustin's friendship they are my favorite part of the whole show now lol. Cannot wait for your reactions to season 4 it is so phenonemenal in every aspect especially acting for Millie, Sadie, Caleb, and Noah. Side note: when you were talking about the way movie theaters work, do they assigned seating now??? My local theater is still you go buy a ticket and sit where there are seats available I get there like 45 minutes early to get good seats for marvel movies when they come out.
