I feel like he wants to hurt her like she hurt him. He cannot look beyond how it affected him and does not have the ability yet to be able to look at what made Deb make the choices she made. She was a very young wife/mother (at 18/19) before she even knew who she was. She had no life experiences to draw from. She was bound to make mistakes. All he sees is his mother, not her as a confused kid just trying to figure it out like they, the kids, are at the moment. He lacks perspective, which ofc is understandable since he's only 16. I find the difference in the relationships between Nathan and Deb and Lucas and Karen so interesting.

So much fun. And so much happened these two episodes. Nikki (blah), Lucas "turning into Nathan" but also defending Nathan, Nathan & Haley being in love, Brooke & Lucas possibly being pregnant, Keith getting a new job and planning to leave, Deb & Dan, Brooke & Peyton, and so so much more. I love the speed we're going with this. I appreciate the two episode per upload. Seems we're actually on a schedule and I can't wait to see the next upload which will include Season 1 finale! Let me tell you, OTH finales are top notch. Okay really the whole show is top notch LOL. Can't wait for the next upload!!!! :)

2023-08-11 02:10:44 +0000 UTCoooh season finale is next upload? It must end with some sort of huge drama cliffhanger. Dan was hinting something about what really happened with Lucas's mom. What iiiiif they almost got married and she left him at the altar. Ooor maybe the parentage is questionable? Oooor she told him she wasn't going to have Lucas and then boom she did. I don't know there are so many episodes left. My guess with Keith is that probably the actor couldn't renew for season 2 so they sent him away with this plot?? I hope we do get to see him more because he's one of the sweetest characters.
