took a break from watching aot with you until all the episodes were posted, but i just spent the last 3 days catching up to the finale and... wow. this was my first time watching the show and as someone who has also only seen a handful of animes, this was by far the best. This is the first anime that has made me interested in reading the manga lol.

Really glad you still think the ending is great, but for me, the possibility of Titans returning just takes a lot of hope away, you know? I mean, the WHOLE show was about a generations-long squabble about the fate of the "Island of Devils," so when centuries later it was literally NUKED, I was like "ok, just PLEASE let it finally STAY dead so the world can move on." But nope! Titans are back! :D Or at least that's what it seems like. You're right, though, the traveler doesn’t seem to enter the tree under as dire circumstances as Founder Ymir, so MAYBE it will give birth to something more benevolent, but considering that Eren is supposedly going to be the new Founder (the tree is Eren's grave, after all), so that seems a bit unlikely to me... Also, glad to hear that you’ll be doing a bit more AOT content! The character tier list would definitely be fun, at least in my opinion. If you do it, you should definitely add an F-minus tier for Floch, lmao. Also, another thing I think would be fun is a tier list ranking all the Nine Titans, including every iteration of them we’ve seen. But regardless of what you end up doing, I’m always down for more AOT content!
