TV Poll
Added 2024-09-27 23:07:15 +0000 UTCBeen awhile since a good tv poll! Last poll gifted us The Bear and Glee! So much stress and joy. These are all (mostly) shorter shows that I can manage alongside Glee and OTH. I'm leaving this poll open to all because I want to gauge the interest in a reaction to the newest Heartstopper season 3, which would remain on the lowest tier, since that's where I've always had it. The rest of these shows would be reacted to on the Filmeraggi tier. Def going to also post a spooky content poll at the top of October!

Also these are all here because they've performed well in the past or been highly requested by you all so many are likely to be watched anyway! Thats why I placed shorter shows here :)

You need to watch it’s okay not to be okay, it’s a show about the importance of mental health and people with disabilities. Knowing you is a show you would definitively enjoy a lot Also lots of tears, but it’s amazing

2024-10-01 14:51:25 +0000 UTCMichael, YES BRIDGERTON (& its social implications) — to be precise, S3 Episode 4 (IN-FAMOUS CARRIAGE SCENE, hilarious Vulture article “Bridgerton Gives Us Most Unhinged Needledrop Yet”) and Episode 5 (MIRROR SCENE) of which Zoe Strimpel’s article “Bridgerton’s big fantasy" posited that “podgy actress Nicola Coughlan” was “not hot” & therefore an unbelievable object of love & lust by one of the famously Hot Bridgerton brothers.♥️❣️ The music of both scenes are strikingly on point. There have been 100,000s words written and 1000s of YouTube videos made analyzing both episodes. Strimple’s poisonous, odious misogyny & fat-shaming unleashed a tsunami of critics of her article. (Another factor in her opinion piece could be Strimple’s Zionism & Nicola Coughlan’s ardent advocacy for the Palestinians.) (DISCLAIMER: Only watched Season 3 of series known for scoring mashup of contemporary songs dressed up in historical era.)

I stumbled into EAW and it is so inventive & EXCELLENT. Not just legal/mystery/comedy/drama, not just well-written with episode arcs but overall arcs, character development—I also learned so much about autism spectrum, historical facts like Asperger’s origin, past/current stigma & prejudices like should marriages/relationships be allowed with 1 autistic partner and the other not? Learned about whales, dolphins etc. too. Don’t know where music comes in—maybe score?😄

When it comes to the 3 kdramas in this poll I absolutly love all 3 and they all were insanly huge when they were airing but for me "Its Okay to Not Be Okay" really is something else. I would love to see you react to it (to all 3 to be honest ahahah)

Other good options for you are Ted Lasso, Only Murders in the Building, and (get your baseball bat) Yellowjackets (you know you love Christina Ricci.)
