2024-11-25 22:49:45 +0000 UTCI've been waiting for the end of 4x18 ever since the first time you said you would quit watching the show if they every had Karen and Dan get back together and your reaction did not disappoint. And yes Paul is such an amazing actor. He makes you hate Dan so much, but he's still so compelling to watch. I thin Dan is one of the best villains in tv and people don't give him or this show enough credit for that. And of in 4x19 he Dan Scotts more than he's ever Dan Scotted making everyone think Lucas is crazy to cover up his horrible crime. As for the other stuff in these episodes, about the Psycho Derek/Ian semi redemption arc or whatever you want to call it. I don't want to sway your feelings, but I don't really like it. They made him such a vile monster and then all of a sudden he's a broken sad boy who just felt guilty about killing his girlfriend in a car accident. I guess I can understand that being a motive for him to snap, but now he's just crying and saying I'm sorry. I don't really like that they forgave him either. Because I don't believe that you have to forgive someone who hurt you to move on. You can hate them and live your life just fine. But idk maybe I need therapy for that lmao. I really love the way Nathan and Haley separately go to bat for each other in order to help their partner have what they feel the other deserves.

2024-10-10 16:45:37 +0000 UTCI have been telling you since you started watching. Dan to me is my all time favourite villains because Paul johansson understands this character back to front. He always has nuance. There is so many scenes ( for me at least ) that Paul really does portray dans humanity beyond his malignant narcissism. There is so much to his body language, facial expressions, tones, he embodies this character so much. It is sad to know that Paul suffered so much depression playing this character. A black cloud that took over him. But wow oh wow he plays Dan so well

2024-10-10 00:55:26 +0000 UTCOkay, I think you topped your reaction to the ending of 3x1 with your reaction to the ending of 4x18. I was eating and I almost choked trying not to laugh so hard. I'm fine! But omg your reaction to that was EVERYTHING! 😂 Honestly, your reaction to both of these episodes was top-tier. And I'm amazed you were able to hold off from going right into the next one. But I mean if you were watching back when we were ... you would had to wait a week for the next one which just imagine. It was hard. But worth it. And yes Paul Johansson is the GOAT when it comes to this show. No one—and I mean no one—could be Dan Scott but him. I hate Dan Scott with a passion, but love Paul because his acting of this character is just perfect. I also love love love the scene with Mouth and Jimmy's mom. I know you don't like the principal, but I can see where he's coming from with both situations. Does it mean I agree with him? No. But I can see why he took the valedictorian away from Haley and why he left Jimmy out of the yearbook—more so, the Jimmy part. But anyway—great great great reaction. I can't wait for the last two episodes of the season. Kinda sad it's ending because season 4 is one of my favorite seasons. BUT I can't wait to see seasons 5 and 6 (6 being my other favorite season). 🧡

2024-10-09 19:29:06 +0000 UTCI bawl every time I see the scene with Mouth and Jimmy's mom. Mouth gets on my damn nerves with all his 'poor me, the hot girls just wanna be my friend' pity party he regularly throws for himself, but the stuff with him and Jimmy is really well done.

2024-10-09 16:28:38 +0000 UTCAs a teenager I always thought Nathan coming forward was so stupid, but as an adult with children... everything he said "what will his son think" ect... is so true. And the show iy how mirror's itself with Nathan as a teen losing basketball and Dan losing it as a teen/young adult! And Nathan being determined to not become his father is so perfect!!!!
