I think this choice is the best the show made especially since I feel it might have been a struggle to write college era with everyone apart as well. its kinda funny to me how our characters are like 21 now but most of them have already found success and Haley kinda seems older then her age lol. The actor who plays Jamie (Jackson) is 23 now, I don't think he really acts much these days but he does attend like conventions for the show.

Just the signing went well and they decided to get dinner after and one of them at some poin before or during turned it into a date I do think Lucas was still hoping to get back with Peyton at that point. But yeah lots of gaps still to fill in for the show.

Can't be happy disabled. Blah blah blah. Sorry sorry. I mean ... he can play wheelchair basketball. Just saying. 🤷♀️ And I do know it's hard for newly injured people, but it's...... yeah, I'm going to stop there before I get too much into this. 😂 Okay for the rest of the episodes, I loved your reaction as usual. Loved you being confused at the time jump. We all were, but everything makes sense as we move forward. And I can't wait to see all your questions being answered and man, you're in for a rideeeee. I actually really love the time jump because the post graduation years is an awkward phase in teen dramas. They always contrive some reason to get all the main characters to go to the same college and a lot of the storylines are about experimenting with drugs and sex, having pregnancies, starting careers, all of which OTH has already done and they didn’t want to just do that all again. Honestly this show handles the post high school transition better than any of the others I’ve seen. It’s basically a spinoff of itself without the hassle of a name change.

Having now watched these two episodes, I'm thinking of how one of my favorites, Veronica Mars, did not survive the transition into college. There were two seasons in high school and one in college (plus a movie and a Hulu reboot.) Maybe it's better to skip all the college drama and have the actors actually act their age.
