2025-08-14 00:43:08 +0000 UTCLate to the party - but YES RADIOHEAD! I grew up on Radiohead, it's the soundtrack of my teens and early 20s. I found them at OK Computer and just went backwards (and forwards) from there. It's amazing to see these old performances. Fake Plastic Trees is one of my acapella car songs that I can just perform by myself (including singing the guitar solo in the studio version.) Just One Day with BTS more mature vocals is AMAZING and almost makes me want them to record a 2025 version too. Jimin absolutely kills those backing vocals at the end. Rosario!!! This was one of the first Epik High songs I checked out and it's still possibly my favourite. That line "I paved the way for everyone that is paving the way" is so brilliant. The common phrase in kpop fandom is "BTS paved the way" because they did carry the kpop industry on their backs into the west - but without Epik High there would be no BTS. (Even Zico was an underground rapper who went mainstream and RM has said that it made him believe that it was possible when he was also thinking of going from underground to mainstream.) OMG, Damien Rice! What a lovely surprise! I absolutely love that whole album if you were ever interested in getting into another singer-songwriter. If not, I hope the requester requests more. You did indeed correctly recognize Miguel! J-hope also grew up with Miguel and it's amazing that he's at a point in his career where he can reach out to his faves (J.Cole, Miguel) and ask them to feature on his songs, and they're happy to do so. The CR tier must have missed recommending that song when it came out - but that just means there's more to check out for you in the future!

In the dance practice they stand up when namjoon walks by too, and the Mario toy was substituted for the flower 😂 BTS selfmade content is pure gold 😂 there's a video of them making this mv and the process is even funnier. And them performing spine breaker with Jin's choreography is iconic! Hobipalooza in Berlin was amazing, I watched it online and even then I could feel the energy, the crowd was really fantastic and I don't even need to comment on Hobi. As always delivering a top tier performance and proving that he was born to be on stage.

He had a rough patch and came back to eat up the charts, these days he's known as a hitmaker, has his own music label with its own artists, farthest thing from empty words for sure.
