2025-12-20 00:26:13 +0000 UTCI'm so so happy you watched 31 minutos's tiny desk, it's so great! 31 minutos was a TV show for childen aired on Chile's national TV in the 2000's. The name and concept is a satire of an old news show called "60 minutos", and while it was a show intended for kids, they always incorporated social issues in their episodes, like children rights and environmental awareness. The songs they played here were in the episodes at the week's Top top top music ranking. The show doesn't air anymore, but it's available on streaming plataforms, and the band still tours with the music. They will be in the chilean Lollapalooza. Also, you may like to check out "Chancho en Piedra", the funk rock band this musicians originally played in. They're awesome.

You are right, the members clothes are trying to match the background, even the pianist has a piano shirt. And a mask with his face on his head since his always facing the wall. Each episode is hilarious since they mix entertainment, ridicule sarcasm and knowledge. If you can watch an episode, the new ones are even dubbed to English, but the original ones ( from more than 10 years ago) are pure gold. In Spotify you can also listen to their songs.
