The thing is, that Powder is right there. You can see her looking at Ekko in total desparation when they are fighting on the bridge like she is saying "I'm sorry, I don't really want to do this." Powder is Jinx and Jinx is Powder. It doesn't matter what she chooses to be called. She is still the same person. She just has to evolve into someone healthy and happy, someone who can forgive and be forgiven. Its totally possible.

2025-09-18 17:38:22 +0000 UTCsomething that was left out of the show but part of the lore is that ekko and powder were best childhood friends. both the youngest, the same age, both trying to prove themselves. ekko in the games has lines where he reveals he had a deep crush on jinx throughout their life before she went crazy. she calls him "the boy savior" in this ep because there was a scene that got cut where young ekko tries to go get powder from silco after the explosion, thinking she's been kidnapped. she shoves him away from her and says that shes jinx now, which is why he feels so deeply in his heart that she cannot be saved, because he already tried a long time ago
