"Eutopia?"
Ororo raised an eyebrow at the name.
"Eutopia, just like Thomas More once said, —a perfect island society." My answer made them look at one another. "But unlike in the books, it won't float in the air but in the waters of an untraceable area."
"How untraceable are we talking?" Hank asked, getting curious.
"No technology has been developed yet that could help anyone find its location. And I added enough security measures to prevent tech at least a few decades from now… from doing the same."
"That's a bold claim." Xavier said, making the others nod.
"I trust your ability, kid." James spoke. "But that is something very difficult to do."
I never told James about the project but I am certain he knows I already have it ready. But playing ignorant is best for him.
"Let me show you guys."
Opening my phone, I opened the projector to show them a projection of the Krakoa. The sentient island had already formed the structures I instructed it to build and the defence mechanism was established a year ago.
It took me another year to remodel Krakoa in a way that only I had the master access and even if someone got inside the defence system, the island would reject their authority.
Unless of course, the user was me.
"What… is that?" Ororo widened her eyes as she saw the island float around the ocean. It was hard to miss that the island didn't stay in one place and kept moving.
"The name of the island is 'Krakoa'. One-half of a once populated civilisation that was severed and lost. But that is not something to worry about. My father had plans to recover the other half and now, following his blueprints… I will find the other part."
"Aha…" Hank nodded. "Keeping aside the former civilisation part, how did you find that place? I mean how did Marcellus find it?"
"It's a difficult story. But to explain in simple words, my father's chopper once got out of control and he barely survived. The place he landed just so happened to be Krakoa. But since he didn't have the resources back then, he couldn't use Krakoa." Putting on a smile, I answered. "But after over twenty years, I managed to make it functional."
"I have a question." Ororo said with a serious face. Pointing at the hologram, she asked. "How is the island moving around?"
"Oh, it's because the island is sentient."

.
"What?!?"

Dropping the bombshell like it was nothing, Markus went explaining about the technical aspects to Hank.
However, if what he said was true…
It was a great chance for us to unite the mutants and build a community safe from wars.
"Have you thought about whom to invite to the island?"
I knew better than to assume he would invite just anyone. Marcellus was a political genius and his sons are no different.
Markus smirked. "For now, only you, the X-Men and a few acquaintances of mine. Until I am able to set a proper political system there, I won't be adding any more people to the island."
As expected. Setting a proper power system is better than recklessly promising safety to everyone.
"But professor…" He called. "I have something to talk about, alone."
"Oh, sure."
Even before I could say anything, the three other people in the room shrugged.
"I will talk about the technical issues with you later, Markus." Hank said as he walked out with Ororo.
"Don't vanish without telling." Logan didn't seem pleased that Markus vanished without informing anyone in the mansion, the last time he visited.
"I won't."
As the three left the room, I decided to ask.
"So, what is that you wanted to talk to me about?"
The previously smiling Markus went serious at the question.
"There are two things that I want to talk about. One is related to Magneto in a way and the other… Well, it's about Jean."
"Oh."

Xavier's face went stoic when I took Magneto's name. The two were friends but the final clash we had, made them fall apart. Rearranging Magento's mind played an even bigger part in it.
"Jean huh…"
He already figured the reason I brought her up.
"It's about 'that' isn't it?" He asked, a bit anxious.
"Yeah. It is." My answer made him look down. "When we sealed the being inside her head, I warned that there will be a time when we will have to unseal it. And by then we have to prepare Jean to be able to control it."
"I know." He said. "So… it is time, huh?"
"Nearly." I would probably have to face the Phoenix inside her head sooner than later. "Once, I settle a few other issues. I will have to enter her mind." Taking a deep breath I continued. "And that brings me to my next issue."
"And… that is?"
"Wanda Maximoff."
I swear I had never seen Xavier widen his eyes that big before.

"Shit man!" Rocket barked at Peter's stupidity. "Which idiot told you it was a good idea to attack a warlord?!"
"He killed Yondu! Why wouldn't I take revenge?"
"Maybe because he is KANG THE CONQUEROR!" Rocket's yell made them almost lose balance.
"That's enough, Rocket." Gamora clicked her tongue. "Quill is an idiot but we will have to talk about that later. With Kang's army behind us, we cannot run for much longer."
"Then let's fight them!"
Gamora's death stare made the Destroyer quiet.
"Shut up Drax!" Rocket yelled. "We don't want to die."
"I am Groot?"
"No Groot, we are not dying." Rocket said before pausing. "I hope that we are not dying."
"We won't if you fly this thing carefully." Peter clenched his fists. "That bastard Kang…"
"You want to fight against a warlord because he killed your… kidnapper?" Gamora asked, making Peter look at her with a frown.
"He was like a father to me."
"Correction, father figure that made you a criminal."
Peter couldn't refute Rocket's statement but despite Yondu being a bastard of a father figure, he was the reason Peter survived for so long.
Without Yondu, Peter was sure he would have starved to death. But now, Yondu was gone.
And Peter was going to avenge him.
'But how?'
"Err… Guys. What is that?" As Gamora pointed at a bright light ahead of them, Peter widened his eyes.
"That's a portal!"
