I remember when this was released in early lockdown, i heard it first thing in the morning and played it on repeat the whole day. The last two tracks are the weakest IMO. I get the Lily Allen style of “Good in Bed” that she was going for, but I think the writing in the chorus could use some work. I don’t mind the repetition of single words, just the ones she chose didn’t hit my ear the right way (if that makes sense). I also wanted “Boys Will Be Boys” to be better. The first verse was well written, but I think the second one was weaker. Overall though this 100% deserves the acclaim it’s getting. Dua’s vocals are incredible.
