Really enjoyed your reactions! Are you planning on doing reactions to Rogue One and the new trilogy?

The fact that you shouted "Wedge, Wedge, Wedge!" made me so happy because it's a character that I really like. Despite not being a main character, if you think about it he played a significant role destroying the second Death Star after not being able to do so when he was forced to retreat on the first Death Star assault. We can also see some growth in him starting out as "Red 2" in A New Hope ending up being "Red Leader" in this movie (in the absence of Luke, of course). He's Luke's closest partner in combat and he survived all battles, demonstrating his great piloting skills. Indeed deserves recognition!

I can't believe something I have seen so many times can still amaze and astound me and make me so so happy. Will you please tell me when you get time if you plan on watching the new trilogy? I think after everything I've seen that you will adore the newer movies.

It is exciting to watch someone experience Star Wars for the first time and actually enjoy it as in depth as I do. I've been a fan of the series since I can remember. I went to the theaters to watch the Prequels and ever movie since then. I can quote the entirety of the first 6 movies, and yet to this day I STILL find new things I never caught before in the films. I listen to the soundtracks to focus when working and it is so helpful. I even got sucked into the Expanded Universe (before they split Canon and Legends) and thoroughly enjoy reading the books and comics. Imp, the Legends storyline is soooo much better than the Canon, but there are good things about the Canon as well.

Hi Michael. First of all What? you haven't seen the original Star Wars episodes 4-6 until now? That's a joke just means I'm old, I saw the very 1st Star Wars (a New Hope) in theaters the year it came out, seeing it 4 times over the summer. Remember this was before VHS, much less streaming and DVDs and cable and all the media sources available now (we were still playing 8 tracks). Will watch more of your reaction video later when I have more time. But I must commend you for being a brave man, providing reactions to the Star Wars franchise. That is diving down a rabbit hole of potential vitriol from all the ahem fans. If you thought opinions on songs were tough to discuss coherently, you will be (afraid), to quote Yoda in The Empire Strikes Back. I do know for a fact the Han shot 1st (watched the OG OG in the theater 4 times) but hey Greedo had it coming, what was he/she/it thinking threatening a gentlemen scoundrel in a bar where blasters were permitted?

Well I've just finished watching your reaction to this awsome movie, and I don't know where to start, there's so much I want to tell you, but there's so many questions I just can't answer as it will spoil so much. π€π€π€
1st, I'll start with Boba Fett, Starwars fans have always loved the character, & always thought he looked such a cool character, and when he was bk in Jedi we too was excited about it, but we was also just as bitterly disappointed as you that the character didn't do more and how he was so easily killed. That's why the fans went so crazy when he returned in the Mandalorian, and that they portrayed him as the bad ass that we all wanted, and dont forget we all thought he was dead, maybe we might find out in his series how he got out of the sarlack pit. Oh and don't forget, Boba technically isnt a Mandalorian, he inherited his suit from his father Jango Fett who was a foundling, you'll find out more information on him when you watch the prequels. ππ2nd, the green lady dancing in Jabas palace was a Twi'lek, and Ahsoka Tano is a Togruta, so they're not the same. And sorry to say it but it'll be a while till you see Ahsoka as shes only in the animated movie Clone wars, and both of the animated series Clone wars & Rebels. 3rd, the speeder scene through the trees was in the original which was pretty awsome I dont think they did much to it when they went bk in the 90s. It doesn't seem much different to how I remember, but it was a LONG time ago. π€£π€£
There's some great documentarys on how George Lucas made the original trilogy, Including the speeder scene, it's a great watch so you get to see alot of original footage and how they built all the models they used like the falcon, the x-wings and how they used stop motion animation.
So don't really want to say much more except you need to watch the prequels asap, and you will definitely get some of you're questions answered. ππ As always I really enjoyed your reaction to this movie just as much as I did the other 2, your facial expressions and emotions were pretty similar to mine when I first watched the original trilogy. Although I had the agony of watching the first three over a span of 6 yrs, sorry I've waffled on for an eternity again, anyway your next focus is the prequels, starting with Episode 1 The phantom menace. It's now almost 2am here in the UK & I've got work in about 7hrs so it's time for bed. And I can guarantee you I'll be rewatching this again at work. π€£π€£ππππ

Hi, Michael, loved the reaction! There are six movies left in the main storyline, 1-3 and 7-9. So the way that these movies are set up is that episodes 4-6 came out first, these are generally referred to as the Original Trilogy, the next three that youβre planning on watching are 1-3 and these are the Prequel Trilogy, and the ones after that are 7-9 the Sequel Trilogy. This helps to keep track of the different storylines.
You asked about Star Wars video games, which there are a fair number of, I would defiantly recommend one of the newer games Jedi: Fallen Order, I had so much fun playing that one. But, I would wait until after you have seen the prequels (1-3) before playing the game. One thing that I find super fun about Star Wars is that everything has a name in this universe, all the characters and all of the creatures, so it can be a lot to remember. To name a few that you asked about, the creature in Jabba's palace is called a rancor, the little teddy bears are indeed called Ewoks, and the woman that spoke during the briefing for the Death Star is Mon Mothma, and she was a senator before the rise of the Empire. I did want to explain Boba Fett a little, without spoilers for anything else you might watch. He was originally just a bounty hunter that was intended to be a small side character so he is a little underwhelming after seeing him in action during The Mandalorian, but everyone who watched the movies loved him so much that they wanted to see more of him, so his character has been developed more through multiple media platforms throughout Star Wars. So, if you keep watching more Star Wars content you will most likely come across him again. To answer one more question the force is separate from being a Jedi, the Emperor and Darth Vader are both what are called Sith Lords, which are the ancient enemy of the Jedi. And the power that the Emperor uses at the end is called Sith Lightening, and can generally only be wielded by dark siders.
I really enjoyed the reaction and I can't wait for the next one!
