2022-08-04 06:53:19 +0000 UTCHi Michael! I watched this show on NBC back in the day. It's interesting to see what I remember and what I don't. The word "ouef" means egg in French. It's almost pronounced like "oof, I tripped." Hannibal made eggs, so that's the title of the episode.

Another way the two stories are related is that Will was describing "capture bonding" in the Lost Boys, and that is exactly what Lecter is doing with Abigail. Her former master was a serial killer and now he is positioning himself as her new master. You were dead-on when you said he is brainwashing her. This show is one of the most amazing things I've ever experienced. I'm so glad you are seeing just how advanced it is.
