Its a short Documentary (only 14 minutes) from the self-titled era and its very raw and emotional. Its amazing to watch it now and see how much he's grown since then. The Rewind with Guy Raz is also from the same time and he talks about the very beginning of his career and how everything began. From learning how to play guitar and sing, to his first viral post, to getting signed, to finally breaking through. Its actually very interesting! Some of these things were mentioned in the Netflix documentary, but this is more in depth.

2021-04-07 08:23:17 +0000 UTCI love your reactions! Especially to Shawn and when you call him a baby angel! I agree with everyone above about the Zane Lowe and Zach Sang interviews. They are great and he talks about the album, the creative process, his relationship with Camila, life ,love, etc. But I also wanted to suggest one interview that I absolutely love and I see no one mention yet. It's for a podcast called Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard. It doesn't really center around the album, though it is mentioned, as is the documentary, but more of him as a person. He talks about mental health, struggles of his career and lifestyle, self-love and relationships, trying to stay grounded, being grateful while learning to set boundaries. In my opinion its one of the most revealing interviews he has done and the closest representationof the person he is today. His part is the first 70 minutes or so. Honestly, you don't even have to react to it on here, maybe just listen on your own time (although I wouldn't be opposed to a reaction either, I'd love to know your thoughts). I think that as a fan you'd enjoy it though, especially if you're interested in who he is as a person. Also, so glad to see you'll finish Wonder the Experience! And also the Perfectly Wrong live performance along with maybe the other live performances mentioned above? Love your content!

2021-04-07 08:02:15 +0000 UTCActually Zane Lowe was privy to a copy of the al I’m before it came out. If you listen to him speaking in the interview he distinctly says that “this album is soaked in love”. Zane gets all albums before the actual interview. He’s too good if an interviewer not to.

The wonder one was good to but done before the album release , I think thats why I lived zack sang so much for wonder because they combed through the entire album and shawn explained each song. Zane and Zack are definitely the best interviewers 🤩

It seems to be a issue with alot of patreons i saw some creators getting alot of complaints on twitter from people who couldn't watch their patreon videos. So im glad it doesn't seem like alot of people here are having the issue . I was able to watch your videos from the website directly , thank goodness :) Hopefully patreon will fix the app soon. There is also such a big difference between how he looked performing it in early 2019 (before he got his love) and after. He is all smiles now, but some of the early performances are so full of pain... man... I still think he never performed Perfectly Wrong again because it was too painful. You have to check out the One live performance on Corden because it is... heaven and hell at the same time. I can see why he never performed it after...

Zane lowe are great but I really loved the Zack Sang interview he did for wonder (full interview its hour and 20 min)., the global at home concert with camila is great and they even did a bonus cover song in a separate video "what a wonderful world" and my oh my so maybe add those to the global citizens concert reaction. I also think his time on the John mayers ig live show is really funny , they sing silly songs and camila joins the chat . There's so much to dive into . I saw someone above mention camilas Mastercard series and I totally agree, its amazing I believe its 2 parts? Also music videos and TV performances. So much to dive in to thst I know you'll love. Thanks for your wonderful reactions, they truly are the best. 👍🤩

He didn't really touch much on the album process or went too in depth but they did talk about other great topics such as vulnerability, anxiety etc. My main point was that you get to know an artist as a person in interviews or get a sense of who they are. I just mentioned the Zane Lowe interview because he asked about that one but the Zach Sang one is also amazing. Love his content and the questions he asks!

I'm a big fan of Shawn's music but I'm a bigger fan of him as person and thats because of his interviews. I really go to know him and that's why I stan. Even if you don't make a reaction video, you should check it out ☺️

WHY is my favourite song from self-titled and that was even before Shawn told the story of how he wrote the song and was going to send it to Camila but his co-writers talked him out of it as he was seeing her soon in New York and could give it to her in person. A few days later he spoke to her and she said "I met this guy", her new bf, and so he never gave it to her. Of course, we fans always knew it was about her. But my favourite thing is the live performance, the guitar solo and that NOTE, I was waiting for you to flip the desk because I knew it was coming!! It was a shame they cut Where Were You In The Morning as that also has a cool guitar solo but unfortunately he had his zipper down so they cut it LOL!!! Looking forward to the Perfectly Wrong reaction and the Part 2 of Wonder The Experience, as well as the Global Citizen Together at Home Live with Camila, which I watch whenever I feel stressed, it's beautiful.
