You throwing your headphones is the best part of your little mix reactions haha I agree with you, their live performances are amazing because they always change things up and for us fans that's great because we get so much vocal variety from them. And honestly every era they have just got better and better! They're like wine man, the older they get the better they get, the vocals, the confidence just everything.. they're shining and im so excited for their new stuff and album!!

2021-05-15 01:20:45 +0000 UTCthe way they manage to transform the songs, it is insane, they play and have so much fun, because they know we are going crazy with harmonies, but the best part for sure is how much they surprise us in songs that we never imagined that it would work in the acoustic version. The world needs to value these things, especially now that music (industry in general) does not have so many artists reminding the public that music has to have a connection with the people who listen to them and not just think about charts and disputes that this industry puts the artists.

No one else seems to have mentioned so I might be wrong but I’m pretty sure the “from the sky drop like confetti” line you said didn’t sound like Petrie was actually Jade. Also don’t know if you noticed the Destiny’s child reference in the harmonies when the sang “say my name say my name” which I thought was really cute and clever 😁

That's probably one of my favorite acoustic performances that they've ever done, probably only behind the one then did last year of Touch virtually in the Together At Home Concert. You should really check that one out. They were all separated, but through Zoom they still managed to blend their voices and effortlessly harmonize like it was nothing. They've hinted that their going to do a collaboration with Chloe X Halle next, and if that really happens I will just die of happiness! All that vocal ability in one room would be extremely dangerous. We all might not survive. Speaking of Chloe X Halle, you really need to check out more of them, particularly their mv for Forgive Me and their live performance medley called Tiny Desk. It's an eye-opener.
