Standard version has 14 songs but does NOT have Safety Pin, Broken Home & The Girl Who Cried Wolf
I miss the outros (we usually call them interludes), they were so cool
Please watch some live performances of Jet Black Heart (acoustic is the best), Castaway (Rock In Rio) and San Francisco (live version on their channel, it's called SLFL SF Live).
The B-sides of SGFG are only 2 songs, you could react to them if you wanted to.

For info: SGFG released october 2015, went on tour until end of 2016. Took a year off to write new album. Released Youngblood in june 2018.
Songs:
Permanent Vacation: Michael anthem
Jet Black Heart: 5SOSFAM anthem, special song to everyone in the fanbase, written by Calum & Michael for the fans (please watch a live performance, Calum's part always kills me)
Catch Fire: beautiful lyrics, deserves more streams
Safety Pin: the whole chorus is Luke and Calum harmonizing together
Waste The Night: Calum used to always mess up his verse when performing live; Michael's solo is ICONIC; 1st Interlude
Vapor: beautiful lyrics, it's a very Youngblood song; haha I laughed so hard when Michael lost it during Calum's verse with Ashton backing vocals
Castaway: one of my absolute favorite 5SOS songs; Calum chorus
Going into some deep and emotional songs now
The Girl Who Cried Wolf: in the "eye"; what a beautiful song; Michael's solo gives me CHILLS (that vocal cry HOLY HELL)
Broken Home: another 5SOSFAM fan favorite; Calum & Michael wrote it, it's about Michael's parents; IN TEARS; Calum on that 1st chorus + Calum/Michael on that 2nd verse
Fly Away: you need this song to get over the emotions of Broken Home
Invisible: the lyrics are something else; Calum's beautiful & tender voice with Ashton & Luke doing backing vocals; the intrumental of this song reminds me of Lover of Mine a litlle bit
Airplanes: Michael's vocals are INSANE; such a cool song; the guitar breakdown kinda remind me of Queen
San Francisco: female vocals; every member sings; Michael was on the bridge YES; Ashton is the higher harmony with Calum; 2nd interlude
Outer Space/Carry On: Ashton doing that crazy high note; the best way to close SGFG;
What a masterpiece on lyrics & instruments (those violins)

when you do self-titled, you have to do b-sides and rarities. most of my favourites are on there

So between SGFG and Youngbood, while the band did take a few months off the majority of that time was spent writing the third album (with a little bit of touring on the side). They spoke a bit in interviews about how finding the sound for the third album was a struggle, how they wrote so many songs and would get so far down certain avenues before they realized that wasn't the direction they wanted to take at all. I think they mentioned they had four or five completely different sounds at different times. Apparently it wore them down so much that they were even considering whether to keep the band going or not. I can't even imagine how stressful that period must have been but I'm so proud of them for working through it! And all those trials and errors gave us the masterpiece that is Youngblood!

Can you react to AURORA’S Album All My Demons

Does he know that Mr. Louis Tomlinson is the one who discovered this band and brought them to open their tours as a long term one d fan that fact warms my heart, love that they are friends and consistently support each other Niall being the lost 5sos member. anyway I specifically subscribed to Patreon to watch this in full version its my favorite album of theirs. cant wait for self titled and some music videos. Also you were spot on with the influences I know they used to be huge Green Day, all time low, mcr and good Charlotte fans back then!!

I love this album so much. I think a lot of the high harmonies are Ashton, if I'm not mistaken. Vapour, Broken Home, Outer Space/Carry On I think are my favourites but I love all these songs so much.
I can't wait for the selfl titled album and all the rarities. There are a few random gems that I love like Midnight and Heartache on the Big Screen, that I am excited for you to react to.

It was written with Benji and Joel Madden from Good Charlotte and I believe Benji had the inspiration but Michael and John Feldman wrote the bridge together.

I had so much fun with this one i love this album sm!! well i saw there's already comments on the order so i'll skip that. I'm so happy you listened to this one cause there's a bunch of live performances u can react to now! i'll leave my favourites in this comment :) and u looked for it but a lot of the times u were wondering who was singing it was michael, he really shines in this album (i could be biased tho lmao). To sum it up can't wait for more 5sos content and hope u react to the live albums as well cause they're top tier.
Like i said here's my live performances recommendations:
Castaway - Live in Rock in Rio
Youngblood - live at fire fight australia
z session (jet black heart and want you back)
San francisco - sounds live feels live
wrapped around your finger - wembley arena (once u listen to the b sides)
And stream catch fire <3

Glad to see you appreciate the album. I think Michael has the easiest voice to recognize. Punk and so emotional! Next step in your 5SOS journey should be the self-title. After, you'll be ready for the How did we end up here movie! And maybe go with the B-side and rarities after? Superbloom is a totaly different project. Ash is incredible. I hope you'll enjoy it. Well, I am ready for your next 5SOS video wathever you decide to do!

SGFG is such a special album, although Youngblood is my fav album from them, this album has such a special place in my heart. It touches on so many important topics that i don’t hear many artists touching on in their music. 5SOS taking 3 years off between sgfg and youngblood really shows their growth as songwriters and musicians. i can’t wait till you do their debut album one of my fav songs is on that album (Disconnected). my favorite thing about 5sos’ discography (and this may just be because i have listened to them from the beginning and was there every album was release) is that i feel like as their music has matured and gotten better and has went into a different direction, i feel like i have also grown with them. moral of the story is that we stan 5SOS LMFAO

The first time I heard Broken Home I instantly thought of Stay Together For The Kids by Blink-182. There's a brief explanation on Genius in regards to Broken Home. They co-wrote with Benji and Joel Madden and it's basically for the fans who relate to those types of situations. I believe they've only played it live like once.

remaining 5sos discography order:
she’s kinda hot (the ep) has 4 b-sides that correspond with the sgfg era & then sgfg b-sides & rarities has 2 songs you haven’t heard yet so you can do those next! they also released girls talk boys in 2016 which was for the ghosbuster’s soundtrack so u can group that in with the sgfg b-sides if you want to chronologically
then do the self-titled album (5 seconds of summer)
at this point you can watch the how did we end up here tour documentary!!
then you can do self-titled b-sides & rarities which has 6 songs not on the album, then you can go through amnesia, good girls, she looks so perfect, and the b-sides edition of all those eps to find & listen to the songs you haven’t heard yet.
and finally if you want to go back to the beginning you can check out the somewhere new & unplugged eps
and then as far as b-sides/rarities/other songs from the youngblood era there’s lie to me acoustic, lie to me ft. julia michaels, when you walk away, and best friend. i’m pretty sure that covers everything but if i missed anything hopefully someone will add it!
at this point you can move to music videos and then do the live albums!!
you could also do the self-titled album first, then the documentary & music videos, and then all the b-sides/rarities/early stuff/live albums but what i laid out above has it all in reverse chronological order from the sgfg era and then circles back to youngblood for context :)
selfishly i’d love for you to do superbloom next along with the music video for skinny skinny, but i totally understand wanting to finish out the 5sos discography first!!

I was just about to comment about Castaway live, it's such a good showcase of their talents and you get a Michael solo verse!

I love this! Personally I think you should do self titled next, then the b sides & rarities, meet you there live tour album and then livesos. You could do superbloom before the live albums if you wanted to break things up... Also I don't know if you know but Sierra is credited as a writer on lover of mine from calm as she wrote it with Luke

Since you loved this album so much (especially the outros and harmonies) I really think you’d love the Marianas Trench albums. They’re a lot like this in terms of being complete masterpieces that just flow perfectly together. One of them is actually called Masterpiece Theatre haha but anyway I’m so excited that you listened to this album! I think it’s my favorite 5sos album tbh. I can’t wait for you to listen to everything else by them as well as Superbloom (which I’m completely obsessed with) 💜

I can't wait until you react to the music videos for this album, they're kinda bonkers lol except for Jet Black Heart that one is beautiful. Also please react to the alternative version of she's kinda hot, I personally like that version better than the original.

for broken home, they said that they wrote it drawing from their own experience and fan’s experience like you said (someone can correct me if i’m wrong) but yeah the song is really deep and it has such personal meaning to so many of their fans :)

this album i feel is their last album that their pop punk influence is obvious, i mean they do write with jack and Alex from all time low and it’s so apparent in these songs and outer space/carry on is very mayday parade and my chemical romance-esque so this whole album makes me so nostalgic!
