Notice after he makes his initial statement in the beginning about how she knew how this was going to end, he says "and you reply.." The second part of that song is her response to him. "Don't you leave my little life" she knows her life is small compared to the famed lifestyle he lives yet she still tries to cling onto him. Also XO can mean literal drugs (ecstasy/oxy) but it's also the name of his record label and the XO fan base
