I took this after my lil yoga session earlier, I was really feeeeling myself after all that stretching and breathing 🥰 it’s something I’ve been meaning to get into more “properly” (instead of self guided stretching, professionally guided yoga hehe) and now that I’m doing it, I feel really good! Like proud of myself for identifying something new I wanted to get into and just getting after it!
I wonder if there’s anything you’ve been meaning to do but haven’t quite committed to it yet?! Hmmm :)
