I don't think the mod will work the way you want. for a flat chest, use male skin textures. my skin tone is not suitable for flat models. didn't even try it...

If its not possible, maybe a small way around that would be a similar tattoo like the cleavage one to remove the shading to the lower part of the breasts for a more even and smooth look?
