Puck 462 - ALTERNATE JOKE
Added 2018-10-02 01:05:50 +0000 UTCSo this is a different joke than the one I put in the actual comic, and as is usually the case with these 'alternate punch line' scenarios, THIS one was the first one I came up with. This was the joke I intended to run, and the one I drew the pictures for. After reading it over about ten times, though, I decided that it was just a little too weird and perpendicular to the comic. I also thought that Puck's pose in panel four didn't exactly match the right tone of her speech. Rather than redraw the panel, I rewrote the joke.
It's not my best writing here, but I thought it was worthy enough to share here.
