Yeah, I mean I guess it's certainly possible ... But it wouldnt be easy. I feel like there's a greater chance of just causing yourself a lot of pain for nothing, or being concussed or unconscious but not dead. Without anything to jump off of for velocity/angle, you'd be trying over and over again to smash your own head in... I dunno, I feel like psychologically there's be a big barrier to that.
