No you are not been rude. And you are mostly right because when they say things like that it does create expectations about future episodes or characters I know nothing about. But I also try to understand why people do it. I think it' must be hard not to share everything but I hope ppl notice this and stop doing it so you can get a more raw reaction from me :)

I know everyone comments here with the best intentions and they don't realize when they are spoiling things. It's not only about revealing a major plot but also about bringing up things that have not happened yet. Mentioning ships that have not started or characters that have not appeared. When you tell her that Delena will have more obstacles this season you are already setting up an expectation for her. And it's even worse when you reassure her that they will overcome anything. She doesn't need to know this. Let her figure things out on her own. Give her chance to suffer through it. We can comment on the episode she just watched without bringing up things to come. I'm sorry if I'm overstepping or being rude but that's just my opinion.

2018-01-30 14:50:18 +0000 UTCI wouldn't worry too much on the Stefan thing Juli....Elena's choice is clear and her loyalty does lie with Damon....Delena is about overcoming all obstacles next episode will touchbase concerning that aspect. Elena's love for Damon is deep and real and same for him in vice versa....Stefan is someone they both deeply care about so them going to extreme measures to get him back is in character....Damon and Elena are a team, a unit, they are one so whatever you see coming up in the latter episodes...Don't worry too much about it.

2018-01-29 21:09:08 +0000 UTCWhen Elena came back because of stefan I wasn't even mad. It's like Damon being Elena but coming back because of stefan. For me I don't see it as lovers but a really strong friendship. I don't even think they're trying to make Damon the bad guy at all

2018-01-29 16:51:10 +0000 UTCThe writing is sometimes annoying for Delena in the sense that they keep throwing Stefan in the middle like "Oh he was the great love of her life" "Oh they were epic and they loved it each other" blah blah blah lol But Delena's whole thing is conquering obstacles. They can conquer anything life or the UNIVERSE throws at them. Don't worry too much because this whole writers thing about Stefan and Elena won't last. Things will definitely move forward and things will follow their natural course. Delena will always be front and center in each others orbits so there's not much to worry about.
